Limited Warranty Coverage

Urban Simple Goods provides limited warranties on all our products. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Bed Frame Warranty

All bed frames come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in frame construction
• Hardware defects including bolts, screws, and brackets
• Finish defects such as peeling, cracking, or fading under normal conditions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance
• Modifications or alterations to the product
• Damage caused by natural disasters or environmental conditions

Mattress Warranty

All mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:

• Physical defects such as sagging greater than 1 inch
• Manufacturing defects in foam, springs, or cover materials
• Splitting or cracking of foam layers
• Broken or damaged coil systems

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal body impressions up to 1 inch
• Comfort preference changes
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Damage from improper foundation or bed frame
• Damage from stains or soiling
• Damage from improper cleaning methods

Extended Warranty

We offer extended warranty options for an additional fee. Extended warranties can extend coverage up to 20 years and may include additional benefits such as:

• Extended coverage period
• Coverage for normal body impressions
• Accidental damage protection
• Annual comfort assessments

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Provide photos of the defect and any relevant documentation.
3. Our warranty team will review your claim and provide instructions for next steps.

Warranty Exclusions

The following items are not covered under warranty:

• Bedding accessories such as pillows, sheets, and comforters
• Used or second-hand products
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
• Damage caused by pets or pests
• Normal settling of materials over time

Transferability

All warranties are transferable to subsequent owners with proof of purchase. However, the warranty period remains unchanged from the original purchase date.

Limitations and Disclaimers

Our warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price. They do not cover consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
