Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery is available for 2-3 business days, and overnight delivery is available for next business day delivery (orders must be placed before 2 PM EST). White Glove Delivery is also available which includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, setup, and removal of packaging.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Certain items like mattresses that have been opened or used, custom-made items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Yes, we offer financing through our partner Affirm. You can select Affirm as your payment method at checkout and choose from several flexible payment plans. Financing is subject to credit approval and may require a down payment.

Yes, all our beds and mattresses come with a warranty. Bed frames typically have a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Mattresses have a 10-year limited warranty. We offer customization options for many of our beds, including size modifications, fabric choices, and finish options. Custom orders may have extended lead times and are typically non-returnable unless defective. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your customization needs.
Yes, we offer professional assembly services for an additional fee. This service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery includes this service. You can select this option at checkout or contact our customer service team to add it to your order.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact our customer service team to explore options. We may be able to arrange special shipping for an additional fee.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, we will send a replacement while you keep the damaged item until the replacement arrives.
Mattresses that have been opened or used are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons. However, we offer a 120-night sleep trial period during which you can exchange your mattress for a different model if it's not right for you. The exchanged mattress must be in good condition with only normal wear.
