Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $500. Delivers within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $49.99. Delivers within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: $99.99. Delivers the next business day (orders must be placed before 2 PM EST).
  • White Glove Delivery: $199.99. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, setup, and removal of packaging.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 states in the continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, please contact our customer service team for shipping options and rates.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status by logging into your account or using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Expectations

Our delivery partners will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. For large items like beds and mattresses, a signature is required upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If your order contains restricted items, our customer service team will contact you to discuss options.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. For customers outside the United States, please contact our customer service team to explore options.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.

Delivery to Apartments

We can deliver to apartments, but please ensure that hallways and elevators can accommodate your shipment. For deliveries to upper floors without elevators, additional fees may apply.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, the carrier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If you miss multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee will apply.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. All deliveries require a physical street address.
